I was checking the internet and then encountered a blue screen on Windows. The laptop wouldn't start, and when I opened the BIOS I noticed the SSD wasn't listed. I attempted to apply "Load optimized defaults" but it didn't work. I verified the BIOS version and confirmed it was updated. The boot mode is set to 'UEFI', yet the SSD still isn't appearing in the boot order. I tried turning the VMD controller on or off, but it had no impact. No changes were made to the BIOS or overclocking settings, just a standard setup. Can you assist me?

It seems the device malfunctioned. Reach out to MSI for warranty support.

Check the correct section for storage devices.
For SATA drives, search the SATA drives area.
If your drive isn't listed, it may have failed.

Hi, thank you for your reply, yes the laptop is under warranty but I know it would take a long time to be fixed if is damaged.
Ok, I will look at other sections too.
That's why I'm asking here maybe there is just some setting in bios that I can do...
I had a few times that I could see it in the bios but when I want to reinstall the Win11 it disappears when I wanna create a partition. (I don't think is dead)
