Hello, Your laptop functioned well with two NVMe SSDs yesterday—one from WD PC SN560 and another Samsung 990 Pro 1TB. Today, the Windows interface didn’t recognize the Samsung SSD. After attempting a restart and BIOS update, the issue persists. Device: ROG Zephyrus G16 GU603VV_GU603VV Any advice available?

Both M.2 slots can accept NVMe drives, though it might seem unusual because the necessary drivers are typically installed. You can try re-scanning disks through the disk management tool.

This Samsung isn't the SSD—it's your RAM. Could your SSD have failed early? It's a 990 Pro, and the firmware update is available here:

You're welcome. It seems the problem was resolved by turning off secure boot in the BIOS. The SSD is now visible in Windows. Appreciate your quick response!
