Hello, I acquired some B-die RAM for my system but it doesn’t reach the advertised speeds in BIOS—it always resets to defaults. The RAM is placed in slots A2 and B2 as shown in the diagram. My hardware specs are: CPU Ryzen 7 2700X, GPU Zotac GAMING AMP, GeForce RTX 2060, RAM G.Skill Flare X 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL14, and motherboard ASRock B450M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4. I’ve checked many forums for similar issues, but none of the fixes helped me. Could you assist me in resolving this?

It might be that your 2700X is struggling to hit those speeds. According to the manufacturer, it only supports DDR4-2933 officially. While many can use DDR4-3200, some models won’t. Have you attempted setting an XMP profile and then, before restarting, manually adjusting the speed to something lower—such as 3133 or 2933—and then saving? This preserves the optimal timings, but choose a speed that your unit can actually handle.

When it comes to ram speed and ryzen 2000 series cpus it really depends on luck. The best advice I could give is try lower ram speeds to see if they work because it sounds like your cpu just doesn't have a great memory controller. If this is a new kit that replaced an old one I would return the kit and just buy a cpu upgrade instead as investing in ram is usually not worth it.
