The build is complete, but after launching BIOS and checking the moth, the red LED light is on. It seems to be the boot indicator. The graphics card isn’t showing up in the BIOS—please refer to the photos.

It's typical for the settings to reset after switching to Windows. Where did you check the BIOS for the GPU? If it appears on the screen in photo one but not listed, that might be an issue. Make sure your display is connected to the GPU, not the motherboard, and verify the system is showing output.

Be cautious with the debug LEDs, they might just be a minor issue. Your ASUS board often restarts with them active, which is usually normal. However, since you haven’t started booting yet, it could be because you’re still in the BIOS setup.
