You should locate the archive in your C drive by searching for the 2.0 file name, typically named with a version number like 2.0.0 or similar.

Confirm, the front panel is connected to the two headers highlighted in red from the previous screenshot. That’s typically the usual solution for your problem. Directly into the C drive—open the file system, select C drive and unzip it there. Just place it in the C folder without moving it to subfolders.

Yes, it’s connected there. After extracting it into the C folder and launching BIOS, should it recognize it when you trigger instant flash without a USB cable attached?
