I need to refresh my profile for the new CPU. When I tried the BETA version, I couldn’t upgrade to the latest one—it said the system doesn’t recognize a bios file. Even though I’ve already installed the correct one and it works fine, I’m using fat32 instead of NTFS.

It seems your board might lack the required chipset. Avoid forcing a BIOS update—it often leads to further complications. Instead, ensure you have a FAT32 flash drive and place the file at the root of the drive with no other files. On many OEM systems (like Dell or HP), the BIOS typically mounts the FAT32 drive, though it may be GPT-formatted with an MBR partition table. If the partition table is MBR-based, it should reliably read it.

On the PRO E A320M page, there are additional A320 chipset boards from MSI. Verify the model carefully, since BIOS versions may match across some boards but differ in naming. It might not be the correct BIOS for the page you're viewing. I recommend reaching out to MSI support to clarify your issue and confirm the appropriate file.
