I believe we’ve all encountered the jokes about Bing’s shortcomings and Goodle’s dominance in search, but what platform do you prefer and why? Personally, I used Yahoo before, then Google, and now I rely on Bing just as much as I do on Google. http://strawpoll.me/3478576 When you visit the homepage of each site, you’re presented with two distinct experiences. Bing often offers a more engaging layout and links to Microsoft tools like Office Online, whereas Google tends to keep things tidy with clear navigation to its services. For celebrity searches, both engines deliver reasonable results, but Google makes it easy to jump to playlists or Wikipedia, while Bing gives extra options for shopping. When looking up tech products, both initially point you to the manufacturer’s site, but Bing adds a shopping side, whereas Google leaves that empty. For weather updates, Google provides detailed forecasts and local info, while Bing is usually absent unless Cortana is active. In sports, results vary—Google excels at schedules, but Bing seems better for past game stats. In short, what do you think? Has Bing reached a level where it can stand alone as a strong alternative to Google? Or does Google still hold the upper hand in search?

WHAT IS GOING ON? You mentioned Windows 10, but your preview doesn’t show the search bar at the bottom. Are you still using Windows 10?

I usually rely on Google. When I needed to reinstall Chrome, I switched to IE which used Bing as the default search engine, so yeah... I searched for 'Google Chrome' and the first two links were suspicious download sites claiming to have Chrome (advertisers) and the third was legit from Google. This explains why I avoid Bing—the results don’t match what I expect.

It's unlikely you'll ever encounter that exact phrase. People usually ask about the president of Ireland directly rather than using a playful search term. The idea of searching with Bing is more common for general information, not for specific political titles.

You focused on the main five Bing search options, and it’s possible they mirrored Google’s outcomes.
