I've been using Verizon since about 2018 and it's been great. The performance is rock solid. Back then, I could have people on my network streaming 4K, downloading games, etc., and the internet still felt smooth. Voice chat never lagged and packet loss was never a problem. But starting June 3rd, things are totally broken. Now, whenever someone uses any part of my network that takes a big piece of bandwidth (it's not ALL of it - in my test I only had between 400mbps to 700mbps), the whole network goes crazy and loses packets. This happens no matter if devices are wired or wireless. So if someone is streaming, downloading games, etc., that entire mess gets worse on every device. On every single device I check out here, I see between 20% to 26% packet loss. If someone is doing anything like VOIP, WiFi Calling, video chat, etc., it's totally unusable for me. That really bothers me because prices have gone up way more since everything worked so well before. To make sure you understand: this was NEVER an issue in all my years using Fios and I've only started getting these problems starting June 3rd, 2023. Here are some steps I tried to fix it: 1 - My main router is the VZ CR1000a, which has been great since I got it. But I tried using my backup router, an ASUS ROG Rapture GT-AX11000, and that didn't help at all either. 2 - I unplugged my ONT and my router for ten hours and plugged them back in. That also didn't fix the problem. 3 - I tried many different network drivers on my Windows PC (the most recent ones and other versions), but it still didn't work. But as you can see, this packet loss happens every time I use any device on my network. 4B - even after wiping and doing a fresh Windows install on my main computer, that didn't help either. (lol) - I called VZW support multiple times, but they gave me zero help. They just ran a speed test, saw I was getting the speeds for my paid plan, and said "yep everything is fine have a nice day." Honestly, I don't know what to do anymore. This isn't normal behavior at all, and Verizon won't even try to help me. I took my computer to my friend's house (his ISP is xfinity) where my packet loss dropped to just 0.7% while they were fully saturating their bandwidth... that really makes me think about leaving Fios. If someone tells me they can get my internet quality degraded so much without even being able to use the full speed of my download, I simply cannot justify staying with them. If anyone has any suggestions or a way to contact someone who can help me out, that would be so greatly appreciated.

Have you tried swapping out some working cables? Maybe coax, fiber, or ethernet? Take a careful look at all your connections and check for damage. Make sure to inspect wall jacks, patch panels, etc., too. Draw a simple sketch showing where every cable goes, how they connect, and which devices like modems and routers are involved. Get the full view. Make sure no single device has two network cards plugged in at once. Look for duplicate IP addresses. Try turning off IPv6 - that might make things faster.

From your computer's command line, run these commands to check Google at 8.8.8.8: ping, pathping, and tracert. Also run the "ipconfig /all" command. Show me all those results here. You should be able to copy them and paste them in without having to type everything over again.

Here is my setup. I tried turning off all four ports of the switch so they stopped working. Even though I turned off IPv6, that didn't solve anything either. Every single wire has been checked and they look fine too. I also have a device that tells me if everything works properly. I ran this test while streaming a 4K movie on my Apple TV and then did it again when using Windows PC here are the results: Also here is what happened when I streamed a 4K movie to talk to Discord thanks for any help
