Hello everyone, do any of you use Biamp's Vocia software? I'm trying to configure a setup with MS-1e, DS-10, VI-6 and VA-4300CV all connected via a Netgear AV over IP switch. Everything looks correct in the software, device IDs are set properly, but only the MS-1e appears online when I connect, while the others stay offline. That’s puzzling.

Successfully reached tech support. The representative clarified the need to set up a VLAN for isolating the MS-1e controller from other CobraNet devices. I'll keep you posted on further developments.

According to previous configurations, using a VLAN appears redundant. Instead, I’m linked directly to the MS-1e with a crossover cable. The remaining equipment connects via the switch, and traffic is routed from the switch to the LAN2 port on the MS-1e. The same problem persists.
