I've been using BF4 in 64-bit mode since its release without any issues. Recently, it stopped working every time I tried to launch it, but switching to x86(32-bit) fixed the problem. My BF3 still functions in 64-bit. I've tried reinstalling the PC, Origin, and Nvidia drivers, plus running all launchers as admin and using W7 compatibility mode. Still no solution—what went wrong?

Consider turning off In-Game Origin, as it frequently leads to crashes for me. Also, keep Raptr enabled.

I turned off the origin game, confirmed RivaTuner is running in 64-bit, but it still doesn’t function. The issue stems from the recent Origin update disrupting things, and the MSI Afterburner RivaTuner no longer works in BF4. The solution is to turn off RivaTuner during gameplay or right-click BF4 in Origin and switch it to x86 mode (32-bit).

It seems your setup might clash with RivaTuner. Verify if you have connections to In-Game Origin, Steam, Raptr or similar platforms.

It occurred after Origin was updated recently. I turned off the game in Origin and it functions properly with BF3, but not with BF4 64-bit. I disabled it during BF4 playtime.
