BF4 Sound Loop/Freeze reference

Just yesterday I installed BF4 for PC (I’m a bit behind on the party) after it was available on XBox initially. The download itself went smoothly (on Origin), but when I launch a game, the loading screen sometimes freezes and loops for a brief moment of audio. This also happens during combat and is extremely annoying. I’m curious if others experienced this when the game first launched on PC, or if it’s a problem specific to my setup. I’m planning to upgrade my CPU since my Pentium is causing performance issues with the 280x. Have you seen any updates about this? I couldn’t locate a solution on the forums or here.

I understand it will be challenging, but I’d consider reinstalling it just to be safe.

I’m now re-downloading and reinstalling the audio drivers again. This also occurred for me during the Hardline beta—it’s quite bothersome, lmao.

Thanks for the assistance, but your i5-2400 is working perfectly now. The old Pentium was quite an issue.
