I understand the situation here isn't great. Downloading will be slow, but it's still enjoyable. You should consider switching ISPs—try Airtel, Tikona, or Reliance.

Can't handle it either because power costs are high there. Also, does your system allow pausing downloads?

Hardline is gone due to its poor game. Fewer people play BF4 than any other, but it keeps getting played because it’s so different from Battlefield. The game got a major update after more than six months, and even more updates are planned.
