Hey there, I saw you're having trouble with BF4. It seems like the game is crashing when you close it, forcing you to restart and delete files repeatedly. You've already tried clearing caches and screenshots, and saved your settings folder, but nothing's working. Someone please help fix this so you can play smoothly!

Your shortcut is incorrect. Set a shortcut to the BF4 application file in Origin Game Files. The current one points to Documents, which is wrong. Remove the existing shortcut. Navigate to Drive C or your preferred drive, then select Program Files x86, Origin Games, and right-click BF4 to create a new shortcut. Enjoy

I believe the issue isn't resolved. My BF4 is stored in Origin Games, but I also have a folder named "Battlefield 4" in Documents that holds your profile settings. I wanted to play without having to repeatedly delete this folder each time, as it’s inconvenient to reset everything.

It failed in such a way because of unclear reasons. It seems confusing to you.
