I believe BF3 performs better with Nvidia designs while BF4 favors AMD architectures. BF4 is essentially an improved iteration of BF3, which likely means it's even more refined.

It's interesting how the R9 M275 performs differently with each game. On ultra settings, you hit around 60fps for BF3, while lower settings bring you closer to 55-60fps for BF4.
