Hello everyone, I wanted to share some details I discovered. Check out the link for more information: https://server.nitrado.net/usa/news2/vi ... ly/?f=home "After the Battlefield™ 1 release, we’ll begin launching a Rent-a-Server Program. This will let players create their own private and public servers with full control over gameplay settings and rotation options. Thanks to these adjustments, you can design experiences tailored to your group’s preferences. Soon after launch, you’ll be able to rent a server directly from the Battlefield 1 in-game store. Previously, third-party providers managed servers; now EA is handling them themselves. We believe this change will offer several advantages. First, we ensure consistent hardware quality since all servers come from the same source. Second, support will be more direct—players can contact EA Support instead of external help. On a rented server, customization options will expand, including server names, map rotations, game modes, and various play settings. We may limit initial game modes but plan to add more features based on feedback and evolving needs. Stay tuned as we prepare for the Rent-a-Server program’s release. Looking forward to seeing you in the field!"

They did this because you wanted to return to BF3 and have your own servers to test. You're looking to try it out.

Identical to the previous situations with bf4 and hardline. No significant changes. Edit: Correction—still nothing major, just a misreading.
