Check if BF1 works smoothly on your DSL connection. The latency ranges from 29 to 37 ms, upload is about 0.30 Mbps. Your setup includes an i3 6100 and a GT740. When using your home DSL directly, performance drops and stuttering occurs. Switching to a personal hotspot with speeds of 30-50 Mbps and ping between 20-28 ms makes the game run smoothly without stutters. This suggests your home internet might be the issue.

It seems the file transfer could be slow.

It's ambiguous. The site mentions speeds of over 512Kbps but doesn't clarify if that applies to uploads or downloads. Based on this, it seems your 300Kbps upload might not work, and the GT740 likely won't handle 1080p smoothly.

It runs very well on bf4 with the gt740 via DSL, yet the problem persists in BF1.
