I upgraded your B650 STL with WiFi to version 3.20 beta recently, and stability has improved. I noticed that AsRock has removed the beta label from this release. It appears to be the same BIOS, but there may be differences. If you're satisfied, upgrading might not be necessary. Thanks!

If the beta status was simply taken away, I’d say it remains unchanged unless stated differently. They continued testing the version, which is why the beta label stayed in that BIOS release. All tests passed and they proceeded with the final release.
