Check if your client supports viewing emails from multiple providers like Gmail and Hotmail together. Look for options to consolidate or manage cross-service email access.

The simplest method is using GMail. You can configure it to send your secondary email to your GMail account and enable responses from that address if needed. It’s straightforward; I manage around 50 email accounts in one place.

Configure email forwarding for both accounts. This enables you to check messages from multiple accounts and respond from either one.

iOS software allows me to view all my emails from every account on my iPhone and iPad. It also connects with my Outlook, meaning if I remove something on my computer, it will delete the same action on my iOS device and vice versa. I believe Outlook also provides access to your Gmail.

I personally use Mozilla Thunderbird for handling my emails. It's quick and user-friendly. Also, as others mentioned, you can configure email forwarding (for example, from Hotmail to Gmail).

Same program? Yes, Thunderbird. Configure both emails and use the main inbox for all setups.
