best water cooler(under $70)
I prefer an air cooler for overclocking, but it's bulky and I like something small and sleek with liquid cooling just for style. Looking through reviews of water coolers, I noticed the issue of leaking. I'm quite worried now... anyone have recommendations for a good water cooler that can push my i5-6600k to over 4.5GHz? A few extra dollars won't be an issue... if not, suggest a decent low-profile air cooler around $50 to get the same performance.
for low-profile air-coolers, consider trying this option. The nh-l12 appears to be a solid choice, priced around $60.
when it comes to water coolers, the recommendation is different. The seidon outperforms the noctua by roughly 20 degrees, though it's noticeably noisier—about 10db more. However, at this price range, you might prefer the hyper 212 evo, which offers strong performance for only about $30.

When it comes to water coolers, I can only suggest this one. As you can see here, the Seidon outperforms the Noctua by about 20°C, which is quite notable; however, it tends to be significantly noisier, around 10dB higher.
At this price range, why not opt for the Hyper 212 Evo? It’s quite powerful and costs only about $30.
The benchmark was conducted using a 240mm model, and you linked to purchase the 120mm version. These aren’t identical setups. Overall, alternatives from Cooler Master such as the Seidon 120 or Deepcool Maelstrom 120 are also good options.
Well man, cryogen isn't available in India and the Hyper 212 EVO costs around $50 there. It's quite a big deal to bring something else into my cabinet. Suggest an alternative instead.
