Consider replacing the CPU cooler; AMD stock coolers are terrible.

What are your cooling needs? Cooling covers many aspects. Is the situation too warm, insufficient airflow? Is the CPU overheating, needing a better cooler and possibly overclocking? Are you seeking something quieter and more efficient for the CPU? Which country and budget are you considering?

What are you aiming for? Cooling covers a wide range of topics. Is the situation too warm, poor airflow? Is the CPU overheating, a bad cooler, and you're considering overclocking? Are you simply seeking something quieter and more efficient for the CPU?
What country, what budget?
The CPU is overheating and the GPU is a bit too warm, case airflow seems fine though, I’m okay with the noise. I don’t want to overclock either.

I purchased an Evo 212 and it seems to be functioning well, thanks for the advice—it's quite a powerful cooler.

Usually, the larger the cooler, the more effective it is.
