Best Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C hub options available.

Hello!
I’m receiving a Dell XPS 15 9510 for work on Monday, but it only includes USB-C ports. Dell says there’s one USB-C with DisplayPort and Power Delivery, plus two Thunderbolt 4 (USB-C) ports that support DisplayPort and Power Delivery.
I need a hub that provides at least two standard USB ports and a HDMI or DP port with 4K capability. We already have some budget options at work, but they overheat and damaged a USB-C port on a Mac, so I’m seeking something more reliable.
Do you have any recommendations?
