Checked the MSI MGP Z390 gaming pro carbon specs and planned to add an i9-9900K. Asked if 2x16GB at 3200MHz RAM would suffice. Also considered Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM options.

I usually get 3600, it doesn't cost much more at all. For gaming, that's fine.

3200 might be a bit more affordable, so it really comes down to what matters most to you. Avoid purchasing low-quality mobos for under $90 when a better option is just a few pesos more.

Regarding future proofing, yes—if you have a total of 16GB, you could potentially add another 8GB later.
