1| is called offline mode.
2| is unnecessary.
3| should be after 4|
8| s also unnecessary. Third party app's like that are the reason people tend to end up with a bricked motherboard.
Prior to everything, once you get POST, you should look into flashing the BIOS to the latest version, if this is a new build.
