For clear visibility in CS:GO, adjust your settings accordingly—use high for detailed gameplay and low for smoother performance.

I really don't see much difference, just make sure it looks nice and maintain the desired frame rate. Another tip if you haven't tried yet, is increasing the screen brightness on your monitor or within the game to help spot players in dim areas more clearly.

Unless you're an expert, you won't see a noticeable change in visibility when adjusting to lower settings. Asking such questions usually means you're not experienced yet.

I was once a pro, now I'm still playing but not as sharp. I focus on low expectations and shadows on ultra settings. The resolution is 1440x1080, which makes targets bigger but keeps quality high. Used to play at 1024x768 with black backgrounds.

I promise I won’t lie—I actually get two levels when I switch from super-sampled 3-5K to 720p. Looks like heads appear larger? Harder to concentrate on? Not sure what’s going on.

Low resolution overall, focusing on shadows at a medium setting. Made changes, used 8xMSAA. Tested a sample that performed well but affected mouse configuration.

The visual quality isn't the main concern; resolution is what truly makes a difference. I use 1280x1024 stretched, and it feels much better than my original file.
