Well, you should definitely check if your OC is stable. If you're willing to wait hours just to confirm, the quickest method is to run IBT or P95 while playing a tough game like Flight Sim. It's not free, but you can use it for testing by downloading it yourself. Honestly, I've seen people run it for about 20 minutes without any issues and still call it stable. You might want to give it a try.

In prime95's torture test, there is a custom option available. Choose the smallest FFT options first, then adjust custom sizes and test durations to suit your requirements. I configured it with a 4K start, 0.5K finish, and 2-minute tests. It performs very quickly.
