I use a core sync observer with a random symbol to avoid shutdown occasionally. I'm not sure what that means.

It might be related to something in my Adobe software, but I'm not entirely sure. It's hard to locate. Perhaps a complete reinstall is the best option—install new motherboards and RAM, then upgrade the CPU.

I think it’s best to start with the motherboard upgrade to the B450 Tomahawk MAX. Then consider getting a Ryzen 5 3600, though I’m still unsure which CPU is right for me. Lastly, add 3200MHz RAM.
