Looking for optimal configurations to achieve 40-60fps on your system. Consider adjusting CPU settings, optimizing GPU usage, and ensuring proper driver support for R9 280X. Running at 1080p may require balancing resolution and frame rate.

there are numerous adjustment options for the division, which means it may take some time to achieve a good balance between visual quality and performance. however, using mostly high settings (except for Nvidia-specific features) at 1080p should work smoothly on a 280x display. keep in mind that the division process is quite demanding on the CPU as well.

When testing and adjusting, it becomes unclear what configurations you need to experiment with on your own. You might rely on software to apply optimal settings for your device, though it isn't flawless.

Your game setup is tailored to your preferences. I upgraded the FX 6350 to 4.5 with a 16GB 1866 DDR3 and R9 380 GPU, starting at the highest default settings. Shadows were the main issue, but overall your configuration should work well. Run some benchmarks to check performance and visuals.
