In every test I conducted, OBS recorded CS:GO at 1080p60fps with the smallest file size and highest quality. I've uploaded several videos to my YouTube channel using OBS.

You have a NVIDIA GPU you can test Shadowplay. You can't add overlays beyond a webcam, but it delivers high quality without causing lag.
