I was considering the h150i pro 360 or kraken x62 280, and there are no other options under 150€.

All the mentioned details will function excellently. I also use a Corsair Hydro H60 v2. I could even add another fan to the radiator (push/pull), but the single intake fan is performing well. My load temperatures range from 50°C to 65°C, while idle temps average around 30°C.
As usual, success hinges on how fortunate you are with the CPU and RAM overclocking potential.

Here is a review. https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a...DUK6WY2458
Or perhaps the 360. It seems to fit within your budget. https://www.alphacool.com/shop/sets-syst...-cpu-black

I own the Antec 360mm Mercury 360, a budget AIO priced below £100. It performs perfectly with no issues, maintaining an 8700K overclock to 5GHZ while staying under 75°C in Aida and Prime95. The decision to try it came from its impressive pump flow of 210 liters per hour compared to others.

I’ve also tested Corsair AIOs with the H110i GTX, which worked excellently with no cooling concerns. With so many options available now, as recommended, the Alphacooler Eisbaer 280 or 360 are highly rated and could be upgraded later using quick disconnect connectors if needed.

NZXT is another option, though slightly pricier, along with Thermaltake. ID-Cooling’s Frostflow 240mm and Cooler Master MAster Liquid Lite 240 are also very affordable under £50!!!

There are plenty of solid choices these days.
