You're experiencing issues with your VibranceGUI on a 60Hz monitor (Benq GL2460) after changing the monitor frequency to 76Hz. The problem seems to have improved once you were at 75Hz, but it's now working better. You've tried restarting your PC without success.

If you have a NVIDIA video card, use NVIDIA Vibrance. Otherwise, delete the Vibrance GUI and download a new one.
