I recently installed this monitor and noticed the poor colour quality. After updating to the latest drivers from BenQ and performing a Windows color calibration (Windows 10), the colours improved significantly. Still, the image remains somewhat washed out and whites appear more gray than ideal. Are there any steps I can take to further enhance the colour accuracy? I’ve heard on Reddit that some monitors come with outdated firmware, but I’m unsure if this applies or if a manual update is necessary. I’m not very familiar with this process, so I’m feeling uncertain. Please let me know if anyone can assist.
