The issue with your BenQ RL2455HM isn't being recognized by Windows, and you're not alone in facing this problem. Let me know if you'd like help troubleshooting further.

You're experiencing issues with your Milti Monitor, and after talking to Microsoft for about three hours, they haven't provided a solution. It seems you might need to wait for an update or reach out to them directly.

Maby there is something wrong with your setup because my sisters computer uses 2 displays and it works fine.

Only a single display is functioning for you. Which software or drivers are you considering using?

Sure, it's best to avoid low-quality drivers. However, I suggest updating the ones you currently have. If you're using a graphics card, consider checking for updates or adjusting settings yourself. Likewise, integrated graphics might benefit from tweaking. It seems many people don't even install the necessary drivers, which isn't very helpful.

I wasn't sure I had restarted my computer to test, but it didn't help. Then I checked the BIOS and forgot about it. Suddenly everything worked on both screens.
