CPU details
- i5-2500k
MOBO settings
- asrock extreme 4
I successfully start up with a turbo target of 4.6 ghz at a maximum VCORE of 1.328, maintaining temperatures around 55°C.
But I can't exceed 4.6 ghz, and after adjusting the clock multiplier to 47, my BIOS still labels the processor as a 4.6 ghz stock unit. The turbo target remains consistently at 4.6 ghz regardless of the clock setting.

restart your CMOS settings, it is now responding to the core clock multiplier once more.
