Competitive titles definitely need a high score of 60. These adventure experiences such as Tomb Raider and Spec Ops: The Line work well at 30 points.

Games can run smoothly at 30 fps with a controller, and you won't easily notice the lack of responsiveness. However, the overall experience feels very choppy and disappointing. Playing Dark Souls at that setting was frustrating, even on my PC. It looked poor and didn’t feel natural. This issue was visible right in front of my screen. Enjoying games at 30 fps while watching on a big TV from a couch isn’t great, though it’s not terrible.

I enjoy GTA IV on my laptop at 24-30 FPS using a controller—perfect for those short breaks from the office. For BF3, I get smooth performance above 60 FPS with a controller and manage the challenging levels well.

It's more enjoyable at 60 frames per second. Of course, it works, but it's significantly improved over 30 fps.

I've been trying to understand this too, but I'm not sure what TPS means in this situation. Could you clarify the context?

Gameplay focuses on a third-person perspective, allowing players to control a character from afar.
