I’ve been checking various sources and still haven’t found anyone experiencing the same issue.
Starting about a week ago, my PC occasionally beeps during gameplay. When playing Cod Mw2, it will freeze and then restart whatever was in progress. After a brief pause, it loads again and continues normally except for occasional beeps and freezes.
Around the 10-minute mark, most matches tend to be less affected, though every new game or round still causes similar problems.
I’ve tried other games, but they don’t freeze when beeping occurs—sometimes they stutter, and I can switch to other apps like Discord to keep playing while the PC freezes.
I’ve looked for information, but the beeping codes aren’t very helpful. A short beep usually means the system is running, but it never keeps going on. It’s just a quick sound followed by freezing, then after a couple of minutes it might repeat.
While the computer is idle, the beeps continue, but no significant action happens. As mentioned, only Call of Duty seems to freeze consistently with each beep.

Additional details from earlier today indicate the game stopped abruptly following a match, and after pressing Alt+Tab I didn't hear any confirmation about whether this might assist.

I’m presently working, and upon returning, I’ll document my PC specifications.

Additionally, I tried using the HW Monitor app to check my PC temperature, but even with readings between 50-70 degrees it would still emit a beep and cause the game to freeze.
