I've been checking out Star Wars Battlefront lately and thought about purchasing it. However, the title doesn’t clearly explain the differences between the four versions, and I haven’t found any helpful discussions on forums.

tiers are the standard edition (regular) version, while the stormtrooper is considered better. The ultimate edition comes with a season pass.

I received the standard version for my PS4, it's quite enjoyable, but I wouldn't spend 60 dollars on it—it's just a basic multiplayer shooter, similar to Overwatch but with fewer classes.

Ultimate Edition includes every map and the upcoming ones, with each Stomp Trooper having the Stormtrooper version and additional features.
