It was an EA release, so they might have offered it as a DLC for $20. I think they’d have driven more sales that way.

Siege of Shanghai Dawnbreaker saw little shift since the previous update, and won’t change much after the final release. There aren’t many opportunities for looting in Firestorm-style maps or Zavod-like environments.

DICE isn't creating Hardlines. The project is handled by Visceral Games. DICE only provides licensing for their FROSTBITE engine to enable Visceral to build the game.

Works well for me without any issues. It’s surprisingly stable—just needs Ultra mode with double AA at 1920x1200 for smooth performance.

It seems like a scam or a low-value DLC, possibly around ten dollars. The BF4 beta felt similar. Rates are still problematic. This isn’t the first time—this is the second occurrence, this one involving Saints Row 4.
