After restarting the installation, the issue persists while attempting to start the game. Multiple reinstalls have failed, and following online guides hasn't resolved the problem. Anyone have suggestions on how to address this?

EA Forum for error contains a few suggestions. Also, make sure to delete the BF 4 folder in My Documents.

Typically the Microsoft .NET framework is the cause. A quick search on Google should locate the newest version to download. Remember to restart your PC before starting the game.
Ensure you run the game as an administrator.
It might be necessary to reinstall Direct X and apply any available Windows updates.
Perform these actions sequentially to identify which step resolved the problem.

.NET indicates I already have the newest version, starting the game as admin doesn't function, reinstalling DirectX failed, and Windows remains up to date.
