Battlefield 3/4 PunkBuster is now banned.
I don't have RivaStats or anything like it so I have nothing to try and fix it with. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon or my appeal goes through. Otherwise, I'm really glad I didn't purchase any more BF titles. EDIT Okay, I guess they "sorta" revoked my banning. I can get into some games, but sometimes it will report that I have disconnected and display the ban warning again. Might be it is just a problem that can be easily fixed without appealing for a fix myself (or rather, others having to appeal). Still, if you want to play "now" and you are banned, you will have to appeal. For me it only took half an hour, but who knows how long it usually is. I'll keep the OP updated.
