Battle Royale performance issues—including delays, jerky movements, pauses, disconnections, and similar problems.
The game Warzone has a significant amount of lag. Lately, I’ve experienced substantial performance issues while playing – the frame rate fluctuates dramatically. My system includes a Ryzen 5 2600 processor and an MSI Armor RX 570 graphics card. When the game runs well, I achieve approximately 90 frames per second, but then it suddenly drops to 20-30 fps with every turn, movement, and shot. It’s a constant cycle of rapid fluctuations: 90fps > 30fps > 90fps > 20fps > 90fps > 20fps… It’s incredibly disruptive. I've attempted numerous solutions, including updating drivers, clearing temporary files, adjusting RAM speed, disabling fullscreen optimization, using application mode, running CCleaner, repairing game files, reinstalling shaders, running the game as an administrator, setting it to high priority, and even overclocking my GPU up to 1800 and 2000 MHz. Despite all these efforts, the stuttering and freezing persist. I apologize if my frustration is apparent, but it’s exceptionally difficult to enjoy the game under these circumstances. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Could you provide a complete hardware specification, including the manufacturer and model of your power supply unit? Also, please share CPU and GPU temperatures alongside their usage rates while playing games. Furthermore, could you detail RAM, SSD, and HDD utilization? Finally, would you be willing to run a malware scan on the system?
Thank you for your assistance, but it appears the issue is that video games require a minimum of 12GB of RAM. My system only has 8GB, so I’ll need to spend €50 to be able to play Warzone.
My computer has 8 gigabytes of memory, and it functioned well until a sudden crash occurred. Since then, I’ve experienced the identical issue you described.
Hello, I noticed a helpful response on Reddit that addressed my situation. The issue might stem from your page files. If you're utilizing both a hard drive and solid-state drive, it’s advisable to free up space on your SSD and configure the page files to reside on that drive. This solution has resolved numerous similar problems experienced by others.

It’s good to hear that. I believe this suggests that increasing RAM would be beneficial, since the use of page files wouldn’t be a concern if sufficient memory were available. I wanted to share this with others experiencing the same problem who might prefer avoiding the purchase of additional RAM.
Hey, I just got in to let you know I wanted to express my gratitude. The SSD/HDD paging problem caused me a lot of trouble for the past few days, but it’s now functioning flawlessly.
