I’m struggling a bit with this setup. My laptop is always plugged in, but it keeps needing me to bypass the battery and then freezes unexpectedly. I’m exhausted from dealing with this issue.

Alienware is a brand owned by Dell, known for producing specialized machines. My concern is that the best protection is either a genuine Dell-branded battery or purchasing directly from Dell, as counterfeit options are common. There’s a high risk of battery fraud.
