Considering 12 HDMI extenders powered by ACT AC7851, these devices support point-to-multipoint networking over standard networks. Based on my experience, they often interfere with regular traffic in office or home environments, so I plan to use a dedicated switch for them (cabling is already separate). I’m thinking about a managed switch that can also handle DHCP (this would eliminate the need to assign fixed IPs). Any managed switches you recommend that include a DHCP server? There are plenty of options out there.

According to what I know, it shouldn't be running on your switch. If you require DHCP and don’t need many other features, consider purchasing a router with a price filter alongside your switch.
