It’s unlikely to cause issues if you install your RAM, CPU, and SSD while still inside the motherboard case. Just wait until the fans arrive before finalizing the build.

No issue here, everything is fine. The motherboard isn't sure whether it's inside a case or in the box.

With an integrated graphics chip, you can install Windows directly on the SSD. I did this for my setup, though since 5500 lacks built-in graphics, I also needed to use a dedicated GPU.

Yes, it should work. Your motherboard likely has six system fan ports, and having four fans means you can distribute cooling across multiple units for better performance.

What kind of motherboard you use? If it has CHA_FAN connectors, you can attach your case fans to the corresponding CPU fan or CPU_OPT headers.

CPU_FAN and PUMP_FAN setup for air cooler or AIO pump. SYS_FAN handles case fans.

Up to six case fans are possible. Just run the cables through the conduit and everything should work fine.
