Hey! You can keep your current Gen 3 SSD in the Gen 4 slot without installing Windows again. Just make sure your system is set up correctly for the new SSD placement. Your older SSD will still work as the boot drive.
It won’t require any action; it should function automatically.
Confirm the boot sequence in the BIOS settings; it may take precedence over the new drive. Assign your previous operating system as the primary drive, ensuring Windows starts first.
