Avoid wires with copper clad aluminum. Pure copper tends to perform better. For outdoor applications, consider using UV-resistant cables.

They are available in two forms: Copper and CCA. CCA refers to aluminum wire coated with copper. It's not recommended; you should use pure copper for optimal performance.
