I saved a demo of Forza Horizon 4 on my laptop, but it only runs poorly. It seems the resolution can't be lowered—720p is the only option. There appears to be no way to adjust it via settings or an INI file. This behavior is common with some Microsoft Store titles, though I’m not entirely sure.

I don't know correctly but there is a way to do it in a ini file. I saw a video where they edited it but I don't remember.

It looks like the Windows store isn't available, likely because of encryption requirements that apply to the Steam version...
