On the RX 480 you typically see around 120-140 FPS, but you can aim for 165 or 180 FPS with proper settings.

The CPU is reaching its maximum capacity. Simply replacing the GPU won't help since the CPU processes data too slowly. Consider upgrading the motherboard and RAM as well. The power supply unit might also need an upgrade—it’s likely outdated after ten years.
