I’m checking if these parts might affect performance in high-end gaming on your 1440p 240hz ultra wide display.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! On paper, it's good but I'd ditch that rubbish cooler for something better, like a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120SE. You forgot to mention the make and model of your case. G.Skill trident Z5 Neo 32 GB DDR5 RAM Got a link to the ram kit you've listed up there? On second thoughts, you're advised to stylize your thread like so; *How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice* How to Ask for New Build or Upgrade Advice First off, respect where respect is due - this is an adaptation of the Animal's *How To Ask For New Build Advice* Sticky. I created this because there's a lot of posts nowadays asking for upgrade advice both on here and on the CPU forums, and I feel... forums. inclusive of where you're located, what your budget for the build is and your preferred site for purchase. Brand and parts availability can and will change due to region. PCPartPicker also helps keep things concise with parts listening and fleshing potential compatibility/clearance issues.

The Hyper 212 is fine. Consider checking that article to enhance your cooling setup.

I would prefer improved cooling and a Gen4 SSD. The 970 Evo Plus seems too expensive. You could opt for the 990 Pro for about $5 more if you prefer staying with Samsung. I favor Microcenter's Inland performance plus. It offers better value, warranty, and price. SK-Hynix P41 is another solid choice.
