Hey everyone, do you know someone with an LG Gram 14T990-U.AAS8U1 who hasn't reinstalled the OS? I own this model and switched to Windows Pro because I needed advanced features. I didn’t realize LG doesn’t provide these drivers on their site or in the LG Update software, and I didn’t back up anything before wiping the SSD completely. Now I’m missing drivers for the backlight keyboard and the Goodix fingerprint sensor. I’ve talked to LG a few times and sent several emails, but they keep refusing to send them. I even suggested checking their R&D team, but it hasn’t worked. If anyone has this device around and can share the drivers, it would be really helpful. Thanks!

The problem has been fixed. The standard driver is now functioning properly. The concern involved absent biometric capabilities that weren't set up on my domain controller. Occasionally, the most basic elements can lead to significant issues...
