I've experienced this problem for nearly a year. Initially, I suspected Wallpaper Engine was the cause, but even after closing it, the issue persisted. I replaced the RAM, thinking it was the culprit, yet the problem continued. I'm curious if others have faced similar challenges or can identify what might be responsible. Without funds for replacement parts, I've only considered CPU or GPU issues.

My experience involves frequent freezes in my PC when another program is open—often Discord. During these moments, an animation background would occasionally freeze and stutter before resuming after a short delay. This affects mainly the animation rather than the entire system, allowing it to jump back to the current scene.

Another situation occurred with GeForce Now; a separate virtual PC would trigger the same issue in-game. For example, while in a lobby with an animated background and having Discord or Steam open, the animation would freeze or stutter briefly before continuing. However, using GeForce Now alone caused a complete game crash.

I attempted to resolve it by disabling Hardware Acceleration in Discord settings, which temporarily helped. But now it happens even without that setting enabled. I'm uploading a video to illustrate the problem with Discord specifically. It seems the core issue lies within Discord's functionality, possibly causing channel overlaps or other bugs.

The only solution that worked was disabling Hardware Acceleration in Discord as well. Still, the problem remains. I'm open to suggestions and am planning a PC upgrade when funds become available. My goal is to either sell the current machine or keep it as a backup for future use. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
